I have been a cook for over 40 years.
I have been decorating wedding
caking and character cakes for
children's birthdays for about 30 years.
Since my "retirement" in 2003 I have
started doing my cakes on a full time
basis.
The sparkle in a child's eye when they
see their Birthday cakes is a site that I
will never tire of.
